Abstract: The article presents the phenomenon of the unemployment and ways to combat it. The analyzis of selected forms of activation of the unemployed from the personalism`s point of view is contained. The article signals the possibility of making an appraisal of the undertaken forms of combating unemployment emphasizing the value of a man and putting one`s good in the spotlight of the research.
