Streszczenie: Niniejszy artykuł dotyczy podmiotowości rodziny w samorządzie lokalnym. Rodzina bowiem jako fundament każdej społeczności jest nie tylko optymalnym środowiskiem rozwoju człowieka, niezastąpionym oparciem dla wszystkich swoich członków, szczególne najmłodszych i najstarszych, ale odgrywa też istotną rolę w realizacji zadań samorządu terytorialnego. Tezą artykułu jest ukazanie podmiotowości rodziny w kontekście samorządu terytorialnego. Uznając potrzebę analizy zagadnienia, argumentację oparto na trzech wymiarach: wartości rodziny w społeczności lokalnej, podmiotowości rodziców i dzieci oraz podmiotowości seniorów.
Abstract: The article deals with family subjectivity in local government. The family is the foundation of every community. Not only is it an optimal environment for human development, an irreplaceable support for all its members, especially the youngest and the oldest, but it also occupies an important place in the implementation of local government tasks. The thesis of the article is to show the subjectivity of the family in the context of local government. Recognizing the need to analyze the issue, the argumentation was based on three dimensions: the value of the family in the local community, the subjectivity of parents and children, and the subjectivity of the elderly.
