Motivating employees of the public sector to prevent job burnout

Abstract: The importance of motivating a human to take various activities cannot be overestimated. The way how a person behaves results from various reasons, not only internal but also external. As psychologists explain, a human at each stage of one’s own life needs specific motives,incentives to reach the most desired effect. The results of this study show that employers do not provide employees with basic needs. The studies show that meeting higher needs in terms of realization is at fairly low rates, in terms of recognition at medium rates, and in terms of membership got high ratio in general. The analysis of the results obtained from the perspective of job burnout shown disquieting symptoms among employees in at least three areas referring to the lack of control under them, insufficient rewards for their work and unjust treatment.
