Personal and professional development of teachers in their early adulthood

Streszczenie: Zagadnienia rozwoju osobistego i zawodowego w badaniach pedeutologicznych są podejmowane dość sporadycznie. W prezentowanym artykule w odniesieniu do teorii rozwoju człowieka i „zadań rozwojowych” w ujęciu Havighursta skoncentrowano się na rozwoju zawodowym i osobistym nauczycielek będących w okresie wczesnej dorosłości. Aby poznać i określić miejsce oraz wartość rozwoju osobistego i zawodowego nauczycielek, dokonano analizy treści pamiętników nadesłanych przez kobiety na konkursy pamiętnikarskie.

Abstract: The issues of personal and professional development are taken quite sporadically in pedeutological research. In the article, the author focused on the professional and personal development of teachers in their early adulthood in relation to the theory of human development and "development tasks" drawn from the Havighurst’s approach. In order to recognize and define the stage and the quality of personal and professional development of the teachers, the content of diaries sent by women for diary competitions was analyzed.
