Change in the organization and quality of services in the reception of social welfare clients

Abstract: The article shows how social welfare clients perceive organizational changes and space made in an assistance facility and what is their assessment. The object of analysis is the Social Welfare Center in Daleszyce. Research is part of a program aimed at improving social services. 80 people participated in the study. The diagnostic survey method was used in the study.
