Resilience and Personage Factor in the Socio-Culture Space

Streszczenie: Artykuł stanowi część moich rozważań opartych o studia literaturowe przygotowujące mnie do dalszej pracy badawczej. Skupiam się w nim na problematyce resilience w myśli pedagogicznej. Poszukuję w pedagogice społecznej czynników zewnętrznych, związanych z kategorią resilience, upatrując zwłaszcza w dorobku Heleny Radlińskiej wpływu sił społecznych na jednostkę. Odwołuję się do koncepcji pedagogiki zmieniającej niekorzystne warunki rozwojowe. Ponadto ukazuję znaczenie środowiska społecznego, procesów wychowania, kultury i zjawiska kompensacji w dobie przemian społeczno-kulturalnych. W konkluzji staram się dowieść słuszności idei pedagogiki skierowanej ku siłom społecznym, podając za przykład koncepcje animacji współpracy środowiskowej Marii Mendel.

Abstract: The article below is a part of my considerations based on a literature studies preparing my for further research. I focus on the issue of resilience in pedagogical thought. I am looking for external factors in the social pedagogy related to the category of resilience, especially seeing in the output of Helena Radlinska, the influence of the social forces on the individual. I refer to the concept of pedagogy which a changes of unfavourable development conditions. In addition to this, I show the importance of the social environment, upbringing processes, culture and the phenomenon of compensation in the age of socio-cultural changes. In the conclusion, I try to prove the rightness of the idea of pedagogy directed to social forces, and I giving for example, the concept of animating the environmental cooperation by Maria Mendel.
