Assessment of human potential for the needs of innovative projects execution

Abstract: Human potential is a key resource of an R&D organisation which is involved in the processes of developing and implementing innovations. In order to make decisions regarding the possibility of conducting innovative projects, it is necessary to assess the human potential at the disposal of this type of organisation. For this purpose, the set of methods proposed by the author may be used. Its use supports not only the ongoing execution of innovative projects, but also strategic decisions concerning the determination of the directions of human potential development in the future.
