Streszczenie: Branżowe Centrum Umiejętności jako jednostka systemu oświaty jest zobowiązana nie tylko do rozszerzenia tradycyjnych modeli kształcenia i doskonalenia zawodowego, ale również do realizacji walidacyjnego doradztwa zawodowego dla uczniów, studentów i osób dorosłych. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie autorskiego modelu realizacji doradztwa zawodowego opartego na autobilansowaniu kompetencji w Branżowym Centrum Umiejętności przy Zespole Szkół Architektoniczno-Budowlanych w Krakowie w ramach partnerstwa z Politechniką Krakowską.

Abstract: As an educational institution, the Sectoral Skills Centre is committed not only to expanding traditional models of vocational education and professional training but also to providing validation-oriented career counselling for pupils, students, and adults. The purpose of this article is to present an original model of career counselling based on competence self-assessment, developed and implemented at the Sectoral Skills Centre at the School of Architecture and Construction in Krakow, in partnership with Cracow University of Technology.
